    Exclamation Vampire Rock Concert ???

    How can I got the Vampire Rock Concert or the Halloween Liberty? It tell's me I can got it at Level 1000! But the max is level 40! Who can tell me or help me??? Many thanks!

    I was wondering if you could buy 2? I placed mine and it let me have an option to purchase another Rock concert, but I didn't have another 3x3 space. I would've wanted 2.
