Requesting building items.

I have had several messages today, from neighbours who say they are sending me items that I have requested from them, but there is nothing in my store room, at least I can't see them. Where are they?

Try deleting and reinstalling.

Shouldn't have to delete and reinstall for every new build. Can't this be sorted please. Takes about 2 days to request items then another 2 to build!

Did you build something else that may of taken the items? The materials in your inventory is a total of what you have. If you build something it will take the items needed from your storage.
So if you are building two items at the same time and both need 4 cement and you only have 4 cement in your storage, then once you build one item, your storage will then show 0 cements.

No, but I turned my iPad right off, & turned it on again, & they all went in.
