More than one ngbr have told me this past week that whenever they visit my home, it crashes their game. Luckily they are my ngbrs from other stories and are able to tell me They said they can't even write on my wall in HD since it crashes. It makes me think how many of my other ngbrs are experiencing this and not able to tell me. Please help me look into this and pretty please have it fixed. Thank u!

You can send an email to support@teamlava.com to have them check you game.
If you have a large home with alot of decorations, it is possible that some neighbors playing on older devices will have issues when trying to come over to your game.
