I tried downloading the new app & Apple is telling me that it's no longer available. What gives? So, how can I get it?

I get the same message that it is no longer available for purchase. Yes, purchase not free.

Because Android gets it automatically implemented into their game. They don't actually have a special Halloween edition despite having a Halloween update
