Problems with downloading

Have you tried signing out with your apple id then signing back in?

Have you tried deleting the oldest version of the game (The World Games)..

Yes I did...I deleted it...tried to install the new version and still got that message

I just got the same message several times. I am in the US on iPad.

Okay I think I might have the answer for you - I did google this error message, they said it could be the following 3 things:
1. Network could be down
2. There is a high amount of traffic causing the app to stop working (Example alot of people could be downloading the app)
3. There is a technical issue with App Store/iTunes
4. Old version of the App needs to be deleted for new version to take affect.

So, I deleted old app & still not able to download. Upon trying to reinstall old version I did get the prompt for agreeing to new Apple terms.. Trying to download now.
