    Maybe the app store is thinking you have too many of the RS apps on your device like eg you might have valentine, world game, and original one

    You've deleted all versions? Did you try restarting your device, then going and downloading?
    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.

    I only had the original on my device. I deleted it to see if that would help but no luck.

    Yup, I shut down and tried again. It gives the illusion like it's going to download (the progress bar appears) but then the unavailable pop-up returns.

    I don't know if this helps but sometimes updating your phone to the latest software helps..
