Not receiving credit for items received

I have the IOS version on my iPad..

The goal was to receive glue and fabric and then build a corset chair, but after I received the items and built to corset chair the items went back to 0/1 instead of 1/1 and the goal being completed

Try uninstalling/reinstalling and see if the goal completes then.

Tried that after I tried force closing it, still says the same
