You get Portia by getting 760 mushroom crowns, not by upgrading the Mushie Fortress to L6. If you have her ticked off on the community screen and cannot locate her, please contact Support. let us know how you get on.Originally Posted by sharonntje

This event had too many glitches. I was very disappointed I did not get Truffle. I only needed Chanterelle but the game kept resetting and I lost her.
why do the mystery chests not appear in my inventory?
It's because they're not an actual chest. You get a screen pop up that tells you what you've won. Please read page 1 notes in the event thread which explains this in more detail.
I can't build any royal walls or buildings. Why is this happening?
I am also having issues with placing walls. After I put them out, the game refreshes and the walls are gone.
If you're only a couple of levels in and cannot purchase the royal items, it means your device may not be compatible with the game. Reach out to Support to double check if you want to confirm your device details.
