does anyone know how to make a complaint, I never got my griffin even though I completed the tasks about an hour before they were due to finish and I spent some money trying to get it, really hacked off with this game at the moment, storm 8 must have way of telling if it was completed on time, never even got the option to buy when it finished

I've been playing castle a long time now but for some reason I can not get a golden apple I have an apple tree & have been baking pies..well over 150 apples & bought the tree 3weeks ago but still no gold one to get sir pigglesworth. I have been getting golden nuggets & eggs ...what is wrong?? I am android & running dessert version.

The golden apple is the hardest to find. It is an extremely rare drop and it is normal for this part of the goal to take quite a few weeks. It took me a good 2 months of waiting for it... So, it will drop eventually. Keep trying to check off the goal to see if you have it, but just didn't see it drop. good luck!
