The drops from the Fountain are quite rare. If you collected everytime it was available for collection, you might get ~2-3 troll tokens during the entire 6 days.

4 days is correct. It was incorrectly added as 2 mins and it should have been 7 days. The team then changed it from 7 to 4 days and it will likely remain at 4 days. This is not a bug.

I?m playing the current Beauty and the Beast event, but even though my news feed says that my neighbors have answered my request, it still claims I only have 2/15. Is anyone else having this issue?

This is unfortunately common. To fix the number you need to force close your game so you get the start up galloping horse again. The server needs to sync with your game and there is always a delay. It will right itself after 5 or 10 mins. You can also go visit stormie, sometimes that forces a sync too. But force closing should always be your go to first fix when encountering any kind of issue.

I’ve been doing that. The number isn’t moving, but I’m also not getting requests from my neighbors. I think there’s some kind of block.

Playing current event Beauty is the best. I started late and arrived at chapter 5 in 48 hours. Now I get a blank timer saying that the chapter will start in ?.?.?

Event will be finished in 6 days so I know I?m not ahead.

Things I tried: forced close the app, visit neighbors (including stormie) and check for app updates (none).

It will be nice to at least see the timer.

You might have your settings set to dark mode. That makes the info disappear.
