Completed the goals required to aquire Loretta. She is locked and I'm unable to unlock her?

I have the same issue... i sent an email to support and thhey sent it to the tech dept. still not fixed. reinstalled several times to no avail. im on an andoid and several of my friends have the same problem. is there a solution?

Hello, just like everyone here i stored my Helpful Loretta & now she's locked as a goal (which i've already completed). Any guess as to when this might be fixed?

Mine also locked opened ticket and they closed it saying known problem! No time line of when and if they will fix it!!
