Just like to say im having the same problem i unlocked loretta and jean pierre and when i went to redecorate my bakery i put both of them in storage but now its telling me i have to complete goals in order to get loretta back. I can use jean pierre but not loretta. I play on the iphone 4 btw. And i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didnt help.
Support finally responded to the email I sent them days ago stating that they sent my ticket over to engineering. Hopefully with Kooky reporting it to the CMs and people sending in tickets to support@teamlava.com the problem will be fixed soon.

My Loretta is locked out to me too and, as with queentina3, my email to TL yielded the same response...that they will inform their engineers. Still waiting after four days.
I got Loretta after finished goals for it. Now it's locked. Since we got the high price everything got messed up
I have the same issue.
I suspect she's refusing to come out and tend the register for my non-baking bakery.

I am on an iPad and my Loretta is also locked under goals. I also earned her during one of the challenges. Should I email team lava or wait? It's been about a week.
No news on the Loretta-lock?
