Missing Daily bonus

Haven't had a Daily Bonus in a few days. Access Dragon Story at least 7/10 times a day, and there has been no bonus. Any ideas?

try uninstalling and reinstalling your app. your progress is saved in TL's servers so you wont lose any data

I have tried uninstall/reinstall and make sure game is closed each night before bed but still never get bonuses? What's the deal? Is this going to get fixed?

i haven't received any bonusses at all, i realise reading this thread......
(if this will be fixed, please let the DB be gold ;p )

Yeah, I think there's a problem with the bonuses; every time I get one it says it's the Day 1 bonus, even if it's not.

What's going on with the daily bonus? Haven't received on in 3 days now, also, when I try to gift my neighbours, it says I've already sent a gift today. It's like the game has not advanced to the next day. Everything else seems to be working normally. My id is: mayday2001. I'm level 68. Thanks

Close out your game. Then come back and visit a neighbor. It may help sync you back to TL severs. If that doesn't work, you could delete the app and reinstall.

You won't lose your game progress. All that fails, may have to email support!
