    Does the antidote is the only solution to pass that level ?

    Yes. The only way is to by the antidote--at least for me it was.

    I can clear it every once in a while by shooting one of the same color up as high as possible but can't get enough points for 3 stars

    If you buy the extra bubbles, shoot the first one of the toxic color
    up as far as you can (I aimed just where it would clear the bottom set) then cleared the top level and got 3 stars with 66 bubbles left. Score was 67090
