I like your idea of minty truffle chair and would also like a chocolate mint one, with green icing and chocolate base.

Well you could do it with white or dark chocolate, instead of the truffle chairs milk... I was thinking white and the truffle case green... In theory there are tons of variation possibilities! It's like the Christmas counter has been copied with the Winter Wedding one so maybe...
