Game constantly freezing after tapping to clear sparkles

When i click the sparkle it turns to 20 coins. But then the game freezed, the processing box appeared and then my coins amount decreased.really annoying

My problem is my front door. it's sparkling & I can't get it to go away. I've tried exiting out. I've tried restarting my iPad. Nothing is working. I've never had my front door sparkle before.

Having same problem with front door sparkling....I clear out all other sparkles but front door won't stop sparkling.
