I'm level 62 atm, I really wish i could do more with my house, but i have limited space.

Breakfast table
Hallway divided as office/sitting room
From sitting room to guestroom
Bathroom
From office to laundry room and misc. room
Hallway to bathroom and playroom
Hallway also connects to living and den
Bathroom also connects to living room
From playroom to daughter's room and baby's nursery
From nursery to master bedroom
MB to master bath and walk in closet
If more space, I'd add the pool and connect the master bedroom and hallway
I redecorate some rooms during the holidays
