Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM

I filled out the form yesterday, how often do you update the list?
Oh it should update itself automatically. Usually it's right after. But on some days Google servers may be taking a little longer to process the data from the forms so sometimes it may take about 5 minutes.
Edit: But I don't see your ID up there if you posted yesterday?
Not sure what happened. It seems you may have to fill it out again, sorry.
something must've happened on Google servers that didn't push your entry through ?
