Huh? Timed quest issue!

I got the city story metro expired quest, but when I installed and played, my fashion story quest disappeared when it had 4 days left and I was 10 experience from getting the goal

This happened simultaneously with installing city story metro for other goal

Same here I had 5 days to level up 1 level in fashion story to get the goal from dragon story and farm story and I not sure I had it to for pet hotel story and the goal is gone this morning. I tried shutting down the app and turning of the device and it is still gone I am on the iPad 1

My quest was to reach level 22 before time ran out I am half way through level 21

I know I has the quest in 2 games and I do not have the quest anymore in either game
