Try restarting your device. If the gold is still not there, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, what happened, and a copy of the receipt.

Tried all those and it didn't work they are also not responding to my e -mails is this common? How long is to long to wait?
It can take 3-5 business days for a support agent to response to your support ticket.
You should of gotten an automatic email back with a ticket number. If not check your spam folder.
