beta fish

I bought a beta fish with coins. Later I needed to fix it with parts so I chose to get those parts utilizing gems. I never got credit for it. Then I decided to sell the Beta. Now the construction of what was there before still shows up. I put another fish tank over it....but its ugly. How do I get credit back for the gems and also get the ugly construction site off?
