    Reached level 18 in bakery story and never got credit

    If you're talking about a goal that wants you to level up, try opening Bakery Story again, visit a community member so your data is saved and the servers recognize that you're level 18. Then close Bakery Story and open Pet Hotel Story again. Since you updated your game data, Pet Hotel Story should recognize the goal is completed. If the goal doesn't automatically complete when you open Pet Hotel, tap on the goal and it will likely finish.
