Black Screen, cant turn on game

All day my city story metro is staying on a black screen, cant even get to the start up loading screen. Any help? I dont know how to delete and re-install without losing my data, so I havent tried that.

Forgot to mention, all my other TL Games are working fine

Try force-closing the app first and see if that resolves the issue.

• Double tap the Home button so you can view a menu of your active apps.
• Tap and hold City Story Metro until it wiggles and tap the minus sign to close the app.
• Open the app again and see if you still have the same issue.

If you need to reinstall the app to fix the issue, then...

• Tap and hold City Story Metro from the main screen.
• After it wiggles, tap the X to delete the app.
• Reinstall the game from the App Store.

Yeah, but that will delete all my data, then I wont be able to get my free gems on time (Im level 8ish ATM)
