Pop up of beginner's quests

I am visiting my neighbors' islands just now.
Then, the whole bunch of beginners' quests popped up, like build a breeding den, breed fire with forest, visit neighbors, etc.
I am at level 53 and have max. habitats, of which are holding max. number of dragons.
No matter how I clicked them, they keep on popping up.
So, what's wrong?

Restart the app and all of the previously completed goals will be gone.
