    Troubleshoot when design wall item

    Hi, just wanna ask for solution, when I wanna redesign my wall item, the games automatically force closed. This happened only wall item only, the rest is okay. Thanks a lot for the help...

    It looks like your OS for your device may be out of date. Connect your device to iTunes and update the OS. Then be sure to uninstall and reinstall the game from the app store. If this does not fix the issue please contact our customer support at support@teamlava.com

    I have the exact problem too, my OS is up to date and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's still the same result. I'll try contacting support then.

    I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM....I have reinstalled the game
    And also my OS is up to date. I have contacted support 5 times
    And still has not been fixed. Once again this is only on the
    Walls when u go to move things or put them in storage...
    U can move things on the floor this has been very FRUSTERATING
    And I need this fixed ASAP. My storm ID: is Gramstel
