    Angry Started with Zero Gems!!!!

    Last week I started playing Bakery Story. It started me on Level 4 and with no gems!!!! It was like they stuck me with someone elses left over game! I have been emailing back and forth with TL for a week and now they tell me they "can't" help me. They can only delete the game from my account and start a new one. All I wanted was my 10 gems! I have made it to level 18 and dont want to start over! I got *****ed out of my gems and they said they can't add any to my account. I never buy gems and rarely spend them. Pretty bad!

    If the only way to get your "Jump-Start" 10 gems is for Team Lava to delete your account so you can start a new one, I would say go for it! Or have you already spent real money on gems and your bakery is full of gem-products/decor? If not, then get over it. You're only at Level 18. Now would be the time to do it...
