OK!!! nobody answered me. There are 2 times (I and my friend have found) that have a chance to get The Gold Dragon , 06.10 AM. or 02.00 PM. GMT (London Time)

The sunrise duration is just a description of the dragon, it does not have anything to do with when you can breed a gold dragon.
Breeding takes 2 days (44 hours) , same with hatching egg and evolving.
