Evolving at level 3

I have dragon story on iPad and iphone4. On both I have to evolve each dragon at level 3 to become 4. My friends don't and the guide doesn't show this to be the case?

I don't have to evolve at 3 either are you a new player

For new players it seems this is the case.

I'm not a new player and I have to evoke at level 3-4 and again at 6-7 and 9-10 ... Very annoying

I still did not get evolving in lvl 3 hope i will never get it :/

For new players it seems this is the case.

I started the same day as my gf. She doesn't have to evolve at 3. Currently 28 so not too new.

Unfortunately this feature is not the same for everyone. Some see the evolve at 3, particularly players after it was implemented, which Im not sure when that was, and others don't.
