Can't delete neighbors

I just became nbrs with someone yesterday to help them out. Went to their place to tip and post but they have written and this is a direct quote:

I am taking a 5 month break from my iPod cause my iPod is turning me into a rotten person.

I went to delete her but the game won't let me. I knw the usual steps. I'm not deleting and reinstalling. It takes to long to reinstall on a 3G network and it's not a big enough issue to go through that hassle. Just though Id post about it so TL is aware of it.
