Me too, got the FB link 40 gem offer. I've finished all 72 levels 2 or 3 stars on all, there's a cloud hiding 1 island but when I click on it, it says I've won all levels to to check back soon.
here are the 2 limited time islands for gold:
-on the left near 2nd island
-to the bottom right of 10th island

These bonus islands are currently not available to all players. If you don't see them at this time, it's possible you will get them in the future.
