Stormies City? What is it?

When I started the game, I saw "Stormie's City" on my neighbor list. Who is it?

Apparently it is Team Lava's city. There was another thread started about this - https://forums.teamlava.com/showthrea...32169-Level-30

When I first checked it out I thought he/she must have spent a lot of real life money to get a city like that!!!!

Hey everyone!

"Stormie" is a computer-controlled neighbor that has been added to many players' games.

He can not be removed as a neighbor at this time, though Stormie is able to be visited each day, and will grant requests for Parts if you haven't reached your daily max (please note that this doesn't happen right away).

Unfortunately "Stormie" can not be Gifted at this time, and you aren't able to write on his wall. :P
