Spelunking Cave

I thought it was gained by expanding in the location of the balloons. I just cleared my last balloon this morning, and gained nothing as a result. Am I wrong about the balloons/cave?

Yes, there is no cave in my inventory. It still says locked by goal under Pet Rooms. I have no more balloons, did 6/6.

You already expanded on an area where the balloons that unlock the room would have been. This is by design.

You may have to wait until more expansions or new balloons are available to unlock this reward, but this idea is still in discussion at this time.

Horrible. Why bother to expand six times to capture the balloons if I am not going to get the goal completed. What a waste of my time and coins.
