How do you supply a burger shop?

I have this goal sitting on my counter that tells me to supply my burger shop with buns, ketchup and beef. Only it doesn't say how. When I click on the burger shop all I get is the countdown to next payment. How am I supposed to "supply" this thing?

the buns ketchup and beef thing is just a little joke they made. But they really do mean you need to supply it with your goods
