    Those were unlocked by the Valentines 2012 goals. You cannot unlock them anymore.

    If goals are locked why don't they remove ? Valentine is long ago and I still show Chridtmas plants that I can't use!

    If they remove them, it has to be from everyone's game. The people that did unlock them would lose them.
    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.
