When I try to go to the app it will act like its loading and going to open but then it just shuts off and goes back to regular screen. I have an iphone4. The same thing is also occurring with my pet shop. I'm still receiving updates like "your welsh corgi is ready" but it won't let me access the game. Help!

How to submit Support Request
I have closed games multiple times and restarted device multiple times. All my other games work (dragon story, farm and fashion) that's why I was thinking it was some kind of glitch on just those two games. Any more suggestions?
Never mind. I found another way to restart the phone and it looks like everything is working now. Thanks!
