I have 8 catalog items in my make up counter.

If I borrow someone's iOS device and purchase the make up counter, will I then be able to place orders, etc from my Android device? Or will it just be a decoration?

You will not be able to use the make up counter on an android device. It may also be invisible on your android device. Sorry!
