How many serves do I have to cook as to master food for each level?

I am trying to get gems from mastering foods but I don't know how many times I have to cook foods foe each level. And for different food with different cooking time, the number of serve differ?

To complete Level 3 = cook 20 more*

Can we master lvl 4 by using easy appliance ? I've been cooking french toast by easy stove many time but haven't master it yet
