Can you don't send any gift to me or remove me?

Does this mean she doesn't want a gift, or does it mean, unless I send a gift, remove her?

I'd say she doesn't want you to send gifts. If you insist on sending her gifts, she wants you to remove her. ???
However, I don't see why she doesn't remove you if she's so annoyed with your gift giving

Sounds like she is saying if you are not going to gift her gold, then remove her as a nbr.
