Breeding Problem: Water + Fruitful = Fruitful?!?

When I breed a water dragon + fruitful dragon, I keep getting fruitfuls the majority of the time. It's happened to me at least 4 or 5 times now! How is this possible?! It's very annoying.

It could be cause it has a fruitful in it

What do you want to come out of that equation? You can get even water, fairy serpent endless...

How can you get water or fairy? Shouldn't the dragon egg have a combination of the parents? I.e. water + forest or water + air? Thus, I was hoping to get one of the following water + forest: serpent, atlantis, (island) or one of the following water + air: mist, (mindvolt), (seabreeze). Note:the dragons in parenthesis are ones I already have so I'm not hoping to get them from the crossbreeding, but I'd be okay with getting them...as opposed to how i feel about getting fruitfuls.

When you breed you can get anything that has any one of the colors you used... Like firestorm and island breed together you can get firestorm and also island I've gotten many if these trying for diamond
