Very very true I live in an area that many nationalities have migrated to. One Mongolian guy I use to work with would say. "what doing what doing." Instead of what are you doing. And another funny one "you goings to get the Christmas wood?" instead of tree.
My husband is English as a second language. He still can't say certain words, like "threatened". He also inverts words constantly, like when we're driving through the mountains he says to "look out for sheep mountains and goat mountains". I don't correct him tee hee

As a very white girl from a very white community I am FACINATED by different cultures. My parents always tried to make me look at things from the other point of view, probably because I tend to be argumentative. If I ever said "I hate _______" my mom would say "_______ hates you too" I guess at some point it sunk in but it used to drive me nuts as a child.lol.
