Try clearing your safari data/cache and syncing with iTunes.
Synced with iTunes, still nothingam I the only one with this problem? Is it working for the rest of you?
I have been working fine today. Try deleting the game and redownload it from the app store. You will not lose you game, it is saved on Team Lavas servers.

You can email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and what's been happening. Also let them know you've been to the forums, and tried the suggestions here. The first reply you will get will be an automated reply. If it asks for additional information, make sure you reply to it, don't create a new email.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM
