task not rewarding then disappears.

had this new task pop up said something like:
"looks like your having fun but don't forget your homemaker duties" clicked on "get started"
it mentioned that this task expires in 2 days, I had Just received it, right after another task asking me to instal some slots app which came with no reward.
this task was to buy one decorative item.. reward was 30gold + ? s**** points.. clicked "buy"
that takes you to the shop.. a bought an item.. nothing happened.. bought another.. after buying 4 or 5 items. I ended up restarting my iPod. and the task had disappears! so I wasted money on unnecessary decorations and did not receive my reward..

For me the reward of 30 gold was added , then it was disappeared at the next time i run DS. Of course the super expensive decor i bought is not returnable. if i try to sell it i get back only a small fraction of what i have paid
