I have never had crashes like whats going on right now. I last about 10 seconds on the game before I get a crash. Its been doing this ever since the update but never to this extent.

Try restarting your device.
You can also try going under setting-safari and clear out data to see if that helps.
Close out all applications running in the background.

Version update available (IOS) in iTunes. Version 1.9.3.

I just update to 1.9.3 and i already notice a problem.
I can not clear anymore after visitors play. I have to use "collect" icon to clear.
One of my neighbor got same problem and also noticed a problem with healing spring.

I updated and not having any issues.
Have you tried restarting your device?

I've got the problem with the spa today too. It is not showing the collect icon when it is ready. In this screenshot I have tapped the spa and note the ready icon appears at the bottom of the screen. I have to tap that to get the dragon out of the spa.

I have The same problems after updating. Tried restarting The game, uninstalling/ reinstalling The app and also Tried restarting my device. Nothing happend. I still can't collect when there Only is Stars without using The collect button. If I wait until The collect sign comes up I Can collect by touching The habitat.
The healing spring No longer have The sign that says that The healing is done. The timer dissapears but No sign to allert me to empty The spa.

After updating to 1.9.3, habitats with sparkles can not be collected without using the collect button. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app as well as restarting my device.
