Gold production almost none

I have 7 gold producing dragons (4 habitats). I picked up my gold yesterday evening (approx 10 pm CDT)... Everything seemed fine. I opened dragon story this morning (approx. 9:30 am) and none of my habitats had any gold in them. All said 0. Over the corse of the day, each habitat has produced only 1-2 gold... In almost 10 hours. I should have had 17-18 gold in that timeframe, not 6-7... Not counting the 18-19 gold I should have had overnight.

I've sent a ticket to support about not getting my 10/day for 2 level 10 gold producers and never got any of the gold owed me but got some explanation about how if you click to collect and you have say 4 and 1/2 you won't get the 1/2 and the timer resets. You can probably imagine what I think of that explanation!
