Dragon story goals/quests are now back on. Force close your game and restart your device. If they still dont show up, then uninstall and reinstall the game from the app store.

yes mine came back and good news, I am back where I was when they disappeared. I do not have do any of the ones I completed the other night over again. Yeah!!!
