    Some places in north Canada have been low as -30 degrees.

    Oh, hi then, from across the estuary. More rain tonight. Mostly for us in England, but you might catch some.

    By the way, 30? is the height of summer mostly.

    Oh yes it exists. And that's without the windchill factor. It's normal to have a couple weeks around minus 40 celcius, sometimes more here. Skin freezes in minutes. I have many cool hats.

    It's cooler in Wales. Average Summer temperature is 22 degrees and an average winter temperature of 7 degrees.
