    oh....and while I didn't have the stand open today to sell pumpkins; I found $10 in the mailbox with a note "For pumpkins"

    Waves on lake Huron are supposed to get up to 30 feet tomorrow. I don't know how big that is but it sounds huge for a lake. The river (St. Clair) which is normally blue was an angry brown color today. I can't imagine what It's like in the middle of this if this is the edge of it. My daughter said she saw the ocean escaping It's house on the news, funny how little kids view things.

    Arrrrgggggg I haven't lost my power yet, still toughing it out and hunkering down here in VA. I can hear the wind and the rain pounding on my windows.

    Copper mostly...with some plastic....but that isn't the problem.

    The flashing and/or chaulking aound the old chimney is leaking!!

    That sucks. I don't advise you try and fix it though. Not now, maybe after jeopardy is back on right now you may blow off the roof.
