What a laugh. Strange though when they are so obviously obsessed with gaining customer rating approval, they don't stop for a moment and have a think - a long think. I've never understood why they have to risk losing customer respect by devising mechanisms which their customers clearly believe are invented solely or mainly to increase the likelihood of the accidental spending of gems.

It really must be a new type of marketing strategy, i feel. Let's see how much rubbish your customers can take before they all stop buying gems.
Although, perhaps TL really hasn't seen a dip in its earnings. Perhaps players are still spending loads on gems. Perhaps players are actually buying even more gems, now because they're accidentally using up more gems.
I really don't understand TL's strategy at all.
