That's why I would like to share the minimum pricing of those rooms. For those who get higher pricing, please really consider if you die hard for those rooms.

How odd. After I purchased the festival room, my rainbow room is 55 gems and my paris room is 12 gems. Just yesterday it was 48 gems. :/

My gem rooms have now changed to the lower prices. Previously they were on the highest prices. Im very happy..and bought some gems!! spent them on the oval office and tea room. Thanks Maggieyyli and other contributors for the price watchlist. TL, please make the lower prices uniform and fair for every player!!

nooo they doubled since yesterday and I was going to buy one of the rooms. I didn't before because I needed more money to expand Hopefully they will go back down

Do the prices lower once you buy something

I play on two divices and i have had all three price rages between the two. On my iphone i had the low prices last night and then this afternoon they went to the middle price. While on my ipod I had the middle price last night and this afternoon it was the high price range. I dont think if you buy something it lowers the other rooms bc i bought two expensive rooms and it didn't lower any other room down. And there were also only select rooms that change in price.
