can t place soulmate

hello everyone,

I m playing on iPhone 4.
my hotel name is : Mi-Pet-Hotel

here is my problem:
when I click to place a soulmate, it goes out then my game processes and the soulmate does n t go to the place he should be living.
I ve deleted the game and reinstalled it but it did n t work.
some help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Same problem, also breeding doesn't work!
